If you decide to go on sightseeing tours, all you have to do is to make a hotel reservation in advance and receive your - if you need it. Europe is a place where history mixes with the ultra-modern realia of our life. In the ancient cathedrals in Germany and France you can see security guards operating the broadband Internet to monitor the precious cultural artifacts of the past. Or you may see and visit an old medieval castle near the highway with no speed limitations.

If you travel Switzerland or France, you may certainly want to go to the mountains. These countries offer some great skiing resorts, which are widely considered to be the best in the world. In recent years the reputation of these mountain resorts has been somewhat spoilt by the rich Russians who started buying property there, and, most importantly, spending so much money that local hotel owners and traders immediately raised their prices.

In France you can go to the south to have a nice beach holiday on the shore of the Mediterranean. You can even combine the beach rest with beautiful Paris as there are TGVs - express trains which will carry you to the south in a matter of a couple of hours. The only thing you is hotel reservation again, because in summer the Mediterranean shore can be quite crowded.

If you travel Switzerland, you shouldn't miss Geneva with its sightseeing and the nearby lake, of course. It is very difficult to be disappointed by Europe.
